Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.Scope of Application

These sales and delivery terms apply to purchases made through our online store, via phone, or email.

2.Prices and Payment Terms

Prices and quantity discounts are displayed in our online store. For items where prices and quantity discounts are not specified, they can be provided upon request.
For bulk orders involving multiple deliveries, prices, quantity discounts, and shipping costs are calculated individually for each order.

  • Minimum invoice value in the online store is 150 Euro excluding shipping costs and VAT. This also applies to phone, email, postal, fax orders, or in-person orders.
  • Prices exclude VAT and shipping costs.
  • Payment terms are advance payment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments can be made via credit card in the online store or via bank transfer.
  • After the due date, interest will be charged at 1.5% per commenced month.
  • A fee of 10 Euro will be charged for each reminder in the event of late payment.

3.Retention of Title

TTB Parts Europe AB retains full ownership of delivered goods until full payment, including any applicable interest, has been made. The retention of title applies to all goods where the purchase price exceeds 200 Euro including any down payments.

4.Limitations of Liability

TTB Parts Europe AB reserves the right to interim sales, temporarily unavailable item numbers, printing errors, and technical issues on the website that prevent order processing. TTB Parts Europe AB is not responsible for such occurrences.
The technical data provided, such as dimensions, movements, stroke lengths, and forces, are indicative average values. TTB Parts Europe AB assumes no liability for deviations from these averages. Text and technical information on the website is updated regularly and may vary from previous versions in the catalog.
In case of defects or product damage, TTB Parts Europe AB is only liable if it can be proven that TTB Parts Europe AB is at fault for the defect or damage.
TTB Parts Europe AB liability is limited to the invoice amount for the relevant delivery and does not extend to indirect losses such as loss of business or time unless otherwise mandated by law.
TTB Parts Europe AB assumes no liability for damages caused by overloading the delivered goods, improper use, or potential hydrogen embrittlement due to electrolytic surface treatment.
TTB Parts Europe AB will not be held liable in the event of force majeure.
TTB Parts Europe AB offers guidance and calculations upon request, but customers are fully responsible for ensuring the correct selection and use of ordered goods. Customers must perform a thorough quality check of all delivered goods immediately upon receipt.

5.Delivery

TTB Parts Europe AB uses carriers such as UPS, DHL, Schenker, GSL, PostNord, DSV, FedEx and Kuehne Nagel. Body parts, tires, rims, and liquids are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged according to the quote provided at the time of order.

6.Claims

Claims must be made in writing within 8 days of delivery and pertain to defects that existed at the time of delivery. TTB Parts Europe AB will not accept claims after 30 days from the delivery date.

7.Returns

For returns after 20 days, a 20% handling fee will be deducted. After 40 days, 40% will be deducted, and after 60 days, no returns will be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8.Online Store

Prices in the online store are listed excluding VAT. TTB Parts Europe AB reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. TTB Parts Europe AB is not responsible for errors or information provided by third parties.

9.GDPR – Handling of Personal Data

TTB Parts Europe AB collects and uses personal data from individuals who interact with the company as customers, suppliers, or through the website. The handling of personal data is governed by our privacy policy, available under the “Privacy Policy” section on www.ttbparts.com. By placing an order, the customer confirms they have had the opportunity to review TTB Parts Europe AB privacy policy.

10.Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent from the other party. "Confidential Information" refers to any information related to the company, clients, products, pricing, or business activities that are shared between the parties.

11.Force Majeure

TTB Parts Europe AB is exempt from liability for failure to fulfil obligations under the agreement due to events beyond its control, such as extreme weather conditions, wars, pandemics, or long-term disruptions to transportation or power supply.

The party invoking force majeure must notify the other party as soon as possible when the event occurs and when it is expected to end.

12.Changes to Terms

TTB Parts Europe AB reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the website and will take effect upon the customer’s acceptance of the terms during a new purchase or visit to the website, or 30 days after the customer has been informed of the changes.
