TTB Parts Year in Review 2024!

TTB Parts Year in Review 2024!

TTB Parts wishes you all a Happy New Year!

2024 has been an eventful year for us at TTB Parts, filled with challenges and achievements. Despite the economic challenges faced by Sweden and the transport industry, we have continued to grow and strengthen our position as a leading player in the spare parts sector.

Economic Challenges – Our Strategy

2024 has been marked by an economic downturn in Sweden. Although inflation has decreased and is expected to reach the Swedish Central Bank's target of 2%, the transport industry has been heavily affected. High inflation and rising interest rates have increased costs for fuel and vehicles, while weak economic growth has led to reduced demand for transport services.

Despite these challenges, we at TTB Parts have managed to keep our prices unchanged. Through smart online and logistics solutions, we have streamlined operations and reduced costs, benefiting our customers.

Technological Innovation and Expansion

During 2024, we made significant progress in developing and improving our online catalog. Highlights include:

  • More languages and currencies: We have adapted our catalog for a global market.
  • Expanded product range: We now offer everything from car parts to construction machinery parts and workshop equipment.
  • Launch in new countries: 2024 marked the start of a global expansion that will continue in 2025.

In our online catalog, customers can now find a complete range of:

  • Spare parts for cars, vans, trucks, trailers, buses, and construction machinery.
  • Used truck parts.
  • Tires and rims for trucks, construction, and agricultural vehicles.
  • Accessories, universal parts, tools, and workshop equipment.
  • Engine optimization products.

All of this is available in one place to make it as easy as possible for our customers.

Prospects for 2025

Despite the economic downturn, we see great opportunities to continue our expansion and investments. In 2025, we plan to:

  1. Establish a Swedish warehouse: A tailored warehouse for the Scandinavian market where 80% of orders can be handled locally.
  2. Open a new warehouse and office in Barcelona: To serve Southern Europe, where we see significant potential for our business model.
  3. Expand to Dubai: Opening a warehouse and sales office to meet the growing demand in the Middle East.
  4. Enhance the online catalog: We will continue to develop and update the catalog to provide a "one-stop-shop" solution.
  5. Add more product groups: New suppliers and products will further expand our offerings.

We are confident that these initiatives will strengthen TTB Parts' position in the market and enable us to deliver even better service to our customers.

Thank you for joining us on this journey into the future!
